Terms
§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by maame — Beratung & Veranstaltungen, owned by Haram Kanakaijjoh-Memmert.
§ 2 Contract
Contracts are formed by written confirmation via email or a signed proposal.
§ 3 Services
The scope of services is defined in the respective proposal. Consulting is provided to the best of our knowledge; no specific outcome is owed.
§ 4 Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the proposal. Invoices are due net within 14 days.
§ 5 Cancellation
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Later cancellations incur 50 % of the fee, on the day itself 100 %.
§ 6 Confidentiality
Both parties treat all information exchanged during the engagement as confidential.
§ 7 Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent legally permitted.
§ 8 Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin where permitted.
